The Office of Collective Bargaining is a neutral city agency dedicated to resolving labor issues between New York City and its municipal unions. Since 1967, OCB has ensured fair union representation, mediated labor disputes, and upheld the principles of the City’s collective bargaining law. Our mission is to foster stability, equity, and trust in municipal labor relations through impartial adjudication and resolution.
